1. What does your brand do?
We turn everyday stationery and gift packaging solutions and accessories into classy, original, personality-filled products you’ll actually want to use, gift, and flaunt.
2. What makes your products different?
Original artwork, exceptional quality, intelligent design, and a sprinkle of sass. Everything we create is meant to feel personal, pookie, and proudly “you.”
3. Who is the founder?
Our founder, Rashmi Kothari, is a Babson-read entrepreneur, certified art professional, art therapy coach, and lifelong artrepreneur with 20+ years of corporate and creative experience.
PRODUCTS
4. Are your designs original?
Every product is created by in-house designers, artists, and our founder. We do not replicate anyone else's artwork however our designs are inspired by everyday things around us to make them relatable to you. Its afterall stationery and gift packaging solutions. We are not building rocketships.
5. What products do you offer?
Premium stationery, gift packaging solutions, lifestyle accessories, and design-led everyday essentials — all made extraordinary. Our products are designed to make your everyday mundane into everyday magic.
6. Do you customise products?
Yes! We customise for individuals, events, corporates, and gifting agencies. (For bulk or custom orders, contact us directly on projectkoracare@gmail.com) T&C apply.
7. Are your products sustainable?
Many of our materials are eco-conscious or responsibly sourced. Where sustainability is possible without compromising quality, we choose it... every time, even if that means it is expensive. Nothing costs more than our planet.
8. Is your gift packaging strong enough for bottles/gifts?
Yes — our wine bags and packaging products are made with high-quality, sturdy materials.
ORDERS & SHIPPING
9. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard delivery usually takes 4–7 working days, depending on your location.
10. Do you offer express shipping?
Yes, for select pincodes. Extra charges apply.
11. How do I track my order?
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email/SMS.
12. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship across India. International shipping is coming soon.
PAYMENTS
13. What payment methods do you accept?
UPI, cards, wallets, and all major digital payment modes.
14. Is Cash on Delivery available?
Unfortunately, not at the moment. For corporate and bulk orders, we can work something out. Please contact us on

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
15. What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect products. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will need proof of damage. Please send us a video of unboxing the package.
16. Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are processed once the returned product is received and inspected.
17. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them — unless they’ve already been shipped.
18. Can I exchange an item?
Exchanges are currently not available unless the item delivered is damaged or incorrect.
CUSTOM & BULK ORDERS
19. Do you provide corporate gifting solutions?
Yes! We create premium, customised stationery and packaging for corporate gifting.
20. Can you personalise products for weddings/events?
Absolutely — from custom designs to colour palettes to packaging.
21. What’s the minimum order quantity for bulk/custom orders?
It varies by product; reach out to us and we’ll guide you. Just contact us on

ART & DESIGN
22. Who designs your artwork?
Our in-house team of designers and artists, led by the founder.
23. Can I request a custom illustration?
Yes, based on availability and complexity, it can be done. Also, there will be a minimum order quantity based on the product. Additional charges apply.
24. Do you collaborate with artists and influencers?
Yes! If you’re an artist or creator, reach out — we love working with new talent. As an influencer, let us know how our collaboration will benefit both of us... we love social media.
